Whether you are just starting out or have been in the print-on-demand business for a while, it never hurts to learn or refresh your knowledge of cotton and polyester yarn. Fabric choice is important. The composition of a garment is arguably the most important factor when it comes to selling clothing. Each fabric has different properties. The garment may look stunning, but if the fabric is poor quality, frays easily, or shrinks excessively, it won't appeal to your customers.

Fiber is the building block of all clothing. Then there is yarn. Yarns are continuous lengths of interlocking fibers. Thread for the production of woven and knitted fabrics or for sewing, embroidery and crocheting. Simply put, the fabric is the raw material from which clothes and other items are made.
